We want you to breathe easy with your Coway purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day trial window.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the air purifier or bidet in its original box, ensuring all filters, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
